Scrapbook News and Review Bloghop!

Happy 4th of July and welcome to Scrapbook News and Review " Oh Say Can You See 4th of July Bloghop!" To Start this blog and be able to follow it all the way thru you need to start here.

I've created my Red, White and Blue card using a Keeto Stamp from Stampin Bella . If your

Her name is Kenya and she has her sparkler all ready to celebrate! I colored her in with my Copic Markers and then highlighted her with Atyou Spica Glitter pens, if you have not tried these they are awesome! I took some ribbon and created a bow and used glue dots to "hold" the ribbon where I wanted it to...sort of like a flag waving in the breeze! I added some red and blue sparklee Petaloo Flowers. I tore my red paper to give it a more casual look.

My technique I would like to share with you is what I've been working on, trying to learn more about my copics. I cut everything out with my cricut on white paper and color in my card! If you look in my May folder look at the Life is a Beach card, I used that technique. I even added real sand to the bottom, topped it with Glossy Accents to look wet! It's quite fun once you try it, it can be quite addictive. Hope you at least give it a try....

Now, you need to hop to Karolyn Loncon's blog to continue on ....have fun and thanks for visiting!
